On my travels I like to write about any artists, musicians, people that I come across that I like and respect. I am currently on holiday in Florida at the moment with Louise and we have found a great Tattoo shop that anyone visiting this area should go and visit. Hart and Huntington is located in the Universal Studio compound in Orlando, Florida. Part of the H&H tattoo shop franchise owned by motorcross star Carey Hart.
Both myself and Louise were looking to get work done while we were here and it was one of the main reason’s that we booked the holiday. Louise having been here last year had raved about the shop and had me excited to get something done. The shop is quite spacious, with H&H clothing on the floor and tattoo areas in both the front and back of the shop. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
The tattoo that I had wanted has been in my head for years and I have found it hard to get any artist that I have spoken to previous to get it right, and get a good representation of exactly what I was looking for. I actually got the tattoo done before and ended up having to get it covered by another piece. Cool-Aid sketched up exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes and from sketch to finish – it took all of an hour in total! I have literally no swelling and no pain, and it’s been 3 days and not a flake of skin in sight. His work is fast but it does not cut down on the quality of his work.

Louise was looking to get a bigger piece done as a cover up on her forearm. Again Cool-Aid’s sketch was so impressive and had both myself and Louise excited about how it was going to turn out. As you can see the before and after photos below – he did an incredible job and once again from start to finish – it took 2 hours!
I couldn’t recommend the shop enough and I will most definatly be coming back to get some work done by Cool-Aid. If only the shop was a little bit closer to home though – I’d be in there all the time getting work done!

I had a tattoo done there when I was on my hols & I wholeheartedly agree with all your comments – my tat was done by jeremie. Shame not all tatoo shops are like this. When are you coming to England H&H?
I didn’t even realise there was a English H&H. Where is it located? They were so nice in there. I am a big fan of having a good experience while getting tattoos and between the music, the shop and the artists – we had a great time.
I realised my mistake – yeah it would be brilliant if they came to the UK or Ireland. Such a great experience with them. Looking forward to visiting the Vegas shop in December.
