The time is nearly upon us – when The Darkness hit the road to play for their for the upcoming UK and Ireland tour.

Announced as support for this tour is the California based – Crown Jewel Defense, who can best be described as a smorgasbord of sound.

Noticed as a force to be reckoned with by producer Elvis Baskette (Alter Bridge, Falling In Reverse, Escape the Fate) , Crown Jewel Defense, the brainchild of songwriter, lead guitarist and front man Taylor Hood, was on its way to the studio merely weeks after the first listen.

The guys have toured with bands like All Time Low and The Darkness in Europe and the UK. The response from the group’s dynamic live show has been positively overwhelming.

Crown Jewel Defense are Taylor Hood (Vocals, Lead Guitar), Steve Ford (Bass), Nick Clinch (Rhythm Guitar) and Alex Hale (Drums).
