Following on from an incredible year, Brighton 4 piece ARCHITECTS can now announce they have launched an INDIEGOGO campaign for the funding of their very first film, ‘100 Days’.

Recorded by director and band friend Tom Welsh, the film charts the bands incredible journey across their ‘Almost World Tour’ of 2012, which say them travel over 20,000 miles, playing 75 shows in 25 countries over 4 continents.

Guitarist Tom (Searle) explains a bit more about the film: “We’re really excited to share the experience we had on our world tour. The whole thing was shaped by everyone who came to the shows and they changed the way we perceive this band. The world of crowdfunding is an unknown one to all of us but we’re excited to see what we achieve between us and our fans. Because they’re the reason our band continues to exist and progress. “

Cameron Crowe’s Pearl Jam documentary is set to screen in 15 Irish cinemas for one night only on September 20th 2011.

‘Pearl Jam Twenty’ chronicles the years leading up to the band’s formation, the chaos that ensued soon-after their rise to megastardom, their step back from center stage, and the creation of a trusted circle that would surround them—giving way to a work culture that would sustain them.

Told in big themes and bold colors with blistering sound, the film is carved from over 1,200 hours of rarely-seen and never-before seen footage spanning the band’s career.

A handful of very lucky US garage-owners won the chance to host Foo Fighters at their very own homes for a one-off series of live concerts as part of a Blackberry-sponsored contest that ran back in April.

Footage from the ‘Garage Tour’ has now been made into a 40 minute documentary that charts the Foos’ garage-to-garage charge across North America.

The band played the intimate gigs to competition winners and 50 of their friends across the US in April.

It is time for the release of the next ‘This is Gonna Hurt’ documentary.

The documentaries introduce the upcoming book “This Is Gonna Hurt: Music, Photography And Life Through The Distorted Lens Of Nikki Sixx” and the CD of the same name by SIXX: A.M.

“This is Gonna Hurt” the book will be released April 12 via William Morrow and “This Is Gonna Hurt” the CD will be released May 3 via Eleven Seven Music.

Mr Sixx has been a very busy man lately – it would seem that he never really does rest.

“This Is Gonna Hurt: The Documentaries” from Nikki and SIXX: A.M. have debuted on Hulu and Hulu Plus today.
