Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson’s “Twins of Evil” Tour to hit UK

Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie have extended their recently announced co-headlining “Twins of Evil” tour – arguably the most exciting rock tour this year – to take in four arena shows in the UK.

Anyone that has seen the two live know that they are in for debauchery, theatrics, ghoulish imagery, and a full-on assault on all the senses.

The highly anticipated tour hits the UK on 26th November at London’s O2 Arena, before Manchester Arena, Glasgow SECC and Birmingham NIA, promising defiant rock’n'roll showmanship in the form of these unholy rollers.

Marilyn Manson And Rob Zombie Team Up For UK Tour!

Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson will co-headline the “Twins of Evil” tour, with dates planned for the U.S. and Europe.!

Korn frontman Jonathan Davis will join select dates with his J Devil project — a DJ moniker he dubs the “anti-Christ of EDM.”

The trio are planning “theatrics” and “ghoulish imagery,” with the stage set to include animatronic robots, pyrotechnics and fearsome film clips.

Slipknot Members Unveil first feature under Living Breathing Films.

Slipknot singer Corey Taylor and drummer Shawn “Clown” Crahan have launched a film production company called Living Breathing Films.

The duo recently had told Rolling Stone of their plans to unveil the company at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and the duo unveiled a special 15-minute feature titled ‘Thy Shalt I’, although at present it’s unclear if it’s to be part of a larger project or just a preview of the kind of stuff we can expect to see once the company gets rolling.

Crahan said: Our movies are going to be psychological. They’re going to affect you. When The Exorcist came out people got up and left after 15 minutes and that turns us on. If I haven’t got someone to leave in five minutes for at least one of my films then I’m not doing my job.”

Metal Hammer Golden God Awards 2011

The Metal Hammer Golden God Awards took place on Monday 13 June, 2011. It is always a great event and the motley crue of artists and industry people flock from Download festival every year to attend the awards. It is a great way to finish the weekend.

The HMS Hammer, took its maiden voyage down the Thames to the ninth annual awards ceremony which took place at the Indigo2, London.

With legends like Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie, Twisted Sister and Judas Priest in attendance, this year’s Golden God awards was a feast of metal that celebrated everything that’s great about metal in 2011!

Download Festival Review 2011

Well we made it back in one piece (or just about) from this years Download Festival at Donington Park.

As I had posted before the festival, Download is one of my top 3 festivals to attend every year and it never fails to kick start my summer with some amazing music and a chance to meet good music loving people.

We arrived on site at 10am on Friday and got set up straight away. I have to hand it to East Midlands airport for setting up a temporary off-license in the spar – it was really very handy!
