Motley Crue, Kiss and Thin Lizzy announce Australian Tour

I had started to get very excited when Tommy and Nikki started to talk about possible Australian tour dates with Kiss in early 2013 but put it down to wishful thinking….but thankfully I was wrong!

The Motley Crue / Kiss tour will be coming down under in 2013.

These two bands are the biggest and baddest when it comes to loudness, pyro, and propelling themselves over the stadium with cables.

New live dates for The Minutes

Dublin cousins Mark and Shane have been playing together since they were nippers – all Fisher Price guitars and Chad Valley backlines.

The tour — which was announced last month during a press conference at the Renaissance Hotel at Highland and Hollywood in Los Angeles, California — will kick off on October 12 in San Antonio, Texas.

Well we made it back in one piece (or just about) from this years Download Festival at Donington Park.

As I had posted before the festival, Download is one of my top 3 festivals to attend every year and it never fails to kick start my summer with some amazing music and a chance to meet good music loving people.

We arrived on site at 10am on Friday and got set up straight away. I have to hand it to East Midlands airport for setting up a temporary off-license in the spar – it was really very handy!
